GODDESS IN THE GARDEN BAZAAR,
A NONPROFIT EMPORIUM & UNIQUE UPSCALE RESALE BOUTIQUE
The Goddess in the Garden faire & festival now in A brick-and-mortar location
Since 2014, One Tribe Global presented the annual ‘Goddess in the Garden’ faire and festival as the primary fundraising event in order to provide mountain area students with scholarships for summer programs offered by local nonprofit organizations. After two years of looking for alternative ways to further our vision and fulfill our mission statement, we have created a unique opportunity for our community to participate in by funding scholarships for our local youth and designating where their donations are to be directed.
Our efforts have resulted in the creation of the BaZaar, an nonprofit emporium and unique, upscale, resale boutique, within a brick-and-mortar ‘storefront’. Now our community and visitors alike can enjoy the concept of Goddess in the Garden.
WE INVITE YOU TO EXPLORE!
We have selected and gathered hand crafted and unique items, gifts, collectibles, designer clothing and festival wear from around the globe to share.
The BaZaar is a place to come together and celebrate greater connection, personal growth and learning.
HOW IT WORKS
We are volunteer run and funded by membership and donations. Purchases made at the BaZaar also become fundraising dollars.
For every $10 purchased, the shopper receives a token which they then place into the scholarship recipient ‘bank’ of their choice. This way, the donor determines what cause or causes are supported.
All net proceeds provide for scholarships to the following nonprofit organizations and youth programs:
Golden Chain Theatre, GCT School of Performing Arts
Vision Academy of the Arts, Vision Summer Fine Arts Camp
Fresno Flats Historic Village & Park, Summer Docent Program
Boys and Girls Club, Oakhurst
Friends of Nelder Grove, school kids and Campfire Boys & Girls outreach programs
Cash Donations, no matter how small or large, are also welcome.
